My name is Margaret Cousins and I have been making and decorating cakes for over 30 years as a hobby and have now decided to make it my business.
My cakes are all made to order and individual personal requirements are catered for from the choice of cake base to your choice of decoration.
All flowers and decorations are hand crafted in sugar by me.
I recommend you attend a free consultation before placing your order where you will assist in the design of your cake from the colours and flowers to match your bouquet to the theme of the day and also to discuss any dietary needs.
When a customer orders a cake, for whatever occasion, the cake will unique to that customer.
Any celebration calls for a special cake.
